Job Description As Branch Manager, you will maintain an engaged, operationally sound, and high‑performing team dedicated to improving the financial wellness of our customers. You will act as player and coach, oversee branch operations, directly manage associate performance, and guide associates to help customers reach their financial goals.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead a small team of branch associates to generate new revenue by identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions solutions.
Conduct outside sales efforts to acquire new business clients while maintaining and expanding existing consumer and business banking relationships.
Educate associates, customers, and the community on best financial practices and emerging digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
Coach and develop branch associates through the iConnect Sales, Service & Coaching process, with guidance from mentors and internal partners.
Provide timely coaching to strengthen product knowledge and identify customer needs.
Educate customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance.
Ensure a consistent customer experience, including greeting customers and processing transactions.
Resolve escalated customer and associate issues, providing counseling in partnership with senior leadership and Human Resources.
Manage recruiting and selection for the assigned branch.
Maintain relationships with Line of Business partners and refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals.
Follow all bank policies, procedures, and audit requirements, ensuring associates complete delegated operational risk duties.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of financial services, sales, or sales‑management experience.
Active Life Insurance License required within 12 months and ongoing education.
Availability to work Saturdays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
College degree.
Life Insurance License.
Supervisory experience in financial services.
5+ years of banking and/or lending experience.
5+ years of relationship‑based client consulting experience.

Pay ranges are job specific and vary by location, experience, and performance. This role is eligible for a commission incentive plan and a formulaic incentive plan.
