MissionOne Media is a brand within BarkleyOKRP that combines full-funnel media planning and buying services, CRM, data, analytics, retail media, SEO, and digital experiences.
The Direct Investments Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of direct media placements across offline channels (TV, Radio, Print, OOH) and digital channels (CTV and streaming audio). This role provides foundational exposure to media activations, working closely with the buying team to ensure smooth campaign execution, accurate reporting, and vendor coordination. The Specialist will develop an understanding of direct media buy strategies and contribute to campaign success through organization, attention to detail, and collaboration.

Prepared for a fast‑paced environment and comfortable making decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Media Buying experience required (relevant internships considered).
Excellent organizational skills to manage campaign details and timelines.
Familiarity with buying platforms and tools (e.g., SQAD, Freewheel/Strata, MediaOcean, Nielsen, Comscore).
Ability to review insertion orders and invoices for accuracy.
Compensation
The annual gross base salary range is $48,000–$60,000 USD. Salary is one component of BarkleyOKRP’s total compensation package, which includes multiple health insurance options, flexible PTO, life insurance, and 401(k).
