What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products and services to targeted business prospects
Develop and implement sales plans and key account strategies to achieve financial goals
Engage with "C" level executives to understand client needs and position suitable solutions
Provide periodic updates on sales processes, including qualification, negotiation, and closure of contracts
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, specifically in the Earned Wage Access space within Fintech
Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Ability to work as a sole contributor in a fully remote role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s Degree
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training is preferred
