What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Establish and maintain strategic alignment with referral partners to maximize sales opportunities
Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to consistently identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech
Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals
Experience selling to "C" level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and networking skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training is preferred
