Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch)
Job Summary As an
Application Developer , you will design, implement, and maintain complex applications supporting
HR, Payroll, Regulatory, and Marketing & Communications
systems. You’ll work across both front-end and back-end stacks, driving software quality, DevSecOps, and security-first development. This role blends technical expertise with
mentorship, collaboration, and operational influence .
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement both new systems and enhancements to existing applications.
Drive software change and release management processes across the
SDLC .
Lead mid-sized projects and coach junior engineers and peers.
Analyze and solve
complex and undefined technical problems .
Contribute to architecture decisions, process improvements, and tech debt resolution.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise IT and business strategies.
Influence internal and external stakeholders around policies and best practices.
Maintain documentation for all critical systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and business units.
Required Experience
3–5 years of application development experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with cloud/on-prem networking and
Azure development (AZ-204)
Demonstrated experience with
IaaS, PaaS, and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform)
Familiarity with
Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server IIS
deployments
Nice-to-Have Experience
AZ-700 level knowledge of Azure Networking
Experience with
Azure Data Factory, Razor/Blazor, SharePoint support
Exposure to platforms like Harness and Workday Studio
Required Skills
Front-end: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js
Back-end: C# / .NET, XUnit, REST/SOAP APIs
DevSecOps: Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub, secure coding, testing best practices
Agile development and continuous integration
Technical leadership and documentation
Preferred Skills
