*Perm- Urgent* Inside Sales Executive (MNC)- West (up to $3800) #NJE

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries to evaluate specific application requirements and select a suitable vacuum pump or blower to meet the customer’s needs. Develop customer proposals for vacuum pump and blower solutions, including pump sizing, matching of spare parts, outsourcing accessories, costing, and pricing. Engage with customers via phone calls and emails to follow up on quotations and technical clarification. Act as the single point of contact for technical and commercial clarification for customers, contractors, resellers, and agents. Support the Customer Service Manager in tracking, analyzing, and reporting quote activities, and participate in the Monthly Reporting process. Execute contract review prior to order entry to ensure a clean-order process, evaluating and interpreting customers’ specifications against our offer. Assist the Order Administration team in creating sales orders, procurement, shipment, and shipping information for customers up to the point of delivery. Conduct product and application training for end-user customers. Cover Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines territories.
