Memorial Health Care Systems – Seward is seeking a Full‑time Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse to work in our Family Medical Centers. The position is Monday‑Friday with a Saturday morning rotation.
We welcome a dedicated health care team member who can provide excellent patient care, communicate effectively with providers, and apply critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Previous clinic nursing experience is preferred, and a CMA, LPN, or RN license (or Medical Assistant certification) is required.
Key Responsibilities
Follow provider as assigned
Patient assessment
Knowledge of immunizations and allergies
Injections – IM, sub Q, intradermal
EKG and various treatments – nebulizers, pulse oximetry
Monitor patients
Patient education
Telephone triage skills – patient call‑backs, pharmacy call‑backs
Qualifications
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; six months to one year experience in a rural medical clinic or private medical practice preferred.
Current Registered Nurse, Practical Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska, or Medical Assistant proof of education.
