About the Role As a senior technology leader, you will architect and lead the development of scalable, real-time Edge AI systems deployed across thousands of devices. You’ll work with cutting‑edge hardware, collaborate with global partners and clients, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful, production‑grade AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and deliver large‑scale, real‑time Edge AI systems
Lead hardware‑aware model development on NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Intel, and ARM platforms
Optimize low‑latency, low‑power AI pipelines with TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, TVM, OpenVINO
Integrate AI with video, LiDAR, IMU, and audio data sources
Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and platform teams for system optimization
Define strategies for OTA updates, fleet monitoring, and data privacy
Drive strategic roadmaps, growth, and skill development within the team
Engage with global clients and partners to ensure delivery excellence
Establish best practices for solution reuse and performance monitoring
Requirements
10+ years in AI/ML with 3–5 years in edge/embedded systems
Deep expertise in Edge AI, embedded ML, and model compression
Hands‑on experience with NVIDIA Jetson, Qualcomm QCS/QCM, Intel Movidius, ARM NN
Proficiency in Python, C++, and embedded programming
Experience with edge deployment stacks (Docker, K3s, Yocto, RTOS)
Strong grasp of network protocols, OTA updates, and device provisioning
Excellent leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Strategic thinker balancing latency, accuracy, memory, and power trade‑offs
MS/PhD in CS, EE, Robotics, or related field; experience with ROS/ROS2, IoT, or simulation tools is a plus
