Overview
As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. You’ll educate guests on product details, engage with them using a friendly, “friends first” mindset, and help them find exactly what they’re looking for while adhering to company policies.
Responsibilities
Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friendly, helpful approach. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Be a team player and support the team to accomplish goals. Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
You’d Be Great For This Role If
You love interacting with people and have energy for a fast-paced environment. You can handle multiple tasks and are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays). You love AE and Aerie products. You have retail experience or are eager to learn. You’re at least 16 years of age.

Pay / Benefits Information
Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.
