INTL Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Trade Automation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support and optimize trade automation processes across multiple countries. This role will focus on integrating and maintaining E2open Trade Automation in one region and Zoe Trade Automation in another, ensuring seamless interoperability through InforLN as the central ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
System Integration & Workflow Design
Configure and maintain connectivity between E2open, Zoe Trade Automation, and InforLN to ensure smooth data flow and operational efficiency.
Develop and document integration workflows, mapping trade compliance processes across platforms.
Process Analysis & Optimization
Analyze current trade automation processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to streamline compliance and customs documentation workflows.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Work closely with stakeholders to capture business requirements for trade automation and ERP integration. Translate business needs into functional specifications for system enhancements.
Testing & Validation
Conduct system testing for new configurations, updates, and integrations. Validate data accuracy and compliance across all platforms.
Support & Troubleshooting
Provide Tier 2 support for trade automation issues, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations. Troubleshoot integration errors between E2open, Zoe, and InforLN.

Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years experience in business systems analysis, preferably in trade automation or ERP environments. - Hands-on experience with E2open, Zoe Trade Automation, and InforLN (or similar ERP systems). - Strong understanding of global trade compliance, customs processes, and warehouse operations. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting.
