Position Description:
We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing Client Engagement Sales Specialist to represent leading wireless carriers in a high-traffic wholesale club setting. In this role, you’ll proactively connect with customers, present wireless solutions tailored to their needs, and drive sales performance — all while maintaining a positive, customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with club members to introduce and promote wireless products and services
Assess customer needs and recommend personalized wireless solutions from our carrier partners
Clearly communicate pricing, plan features, and promotional offers to help customers make informed decisions
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals
Maintain a positive, approachable presence on the sales floor to encourage customer interaction
Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and branded display area within the club
Accurately process transactions, complete customer enrollments, and manage follow-up communications as needed
Stay informed on the latest wireless plans, devices, and industry trends through ongoing training
Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure excellent service and a high-performing sales environment
Represent our company and carrier brands with professionalism and integrity at all times
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Results-oriented professional capable of thriving in fast-paced retail environments
Advanced interpersonal skills with demonstrated negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Benefits – Pay:
$19-$24 per hour paid weekly plus uncapped commissions!
