Join Sodexo Corporate Services as an Executive Chef 2 in Minneapolis, MN. You will lead our dynamic food operations at a prestigious corporate account, overseeing a vibrant food landscape that includes a bustling café, a Starbucks location, and a robust catering program. What You’ll Oversee
A bustling café serving breakfast and lunch with 7 diverse stations: Grill, Market, Garden (made‑to‑order salads), Global Cuisine, Deli, Salad Bar, and Soup. Stewardship of a Starbucks location. Management of a robust catering program supporting corporate events and executive functions. What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire a team of 15 skilled cooks. Drive menu innovation, seasonal offerings, and culinary excellence. Manage ordering, inventory, and production planning. Be hands‑on in the kitchen 70% of the time, ensuring quality and consistency. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional dining experiences. What We Offer
A Monday–Friday schedule, 6 am to 3 pm with some evenings for catering and no weekends. Competitive compensation based on experience, skills, and education. Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts.
