Enterprise Account Executive – Enterprise Sales Team As an Okta Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive territory growth through new logos and the cultivation of existing Okta Platform customers. You will work closely with an ecosystem of presales, partnerships, and customer success teams to deliver consistent results and an unwavering commitment to our customers. Travel to our San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL office for the first week is required, with ongoing travel to build and nurture client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop a vision and plan to generate a long‑term pipeline of net new logos

Consistently meet revenue targets and support year‑over‑year territory growth

Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to create pipeline and drive sales opportunities

Build relationships with senior decision makers in prospective accounts

Negotiate and close agreements to exceed revenue quota targets

Leverage Okta partners to uncover new, uncharted opportunities

Collaborate with xDRs, partners, and internal teams to support the customer journey

Apply a value‑based selling approach and bring compelling insights to each engagement

Travel as needed to build and cultivate customer and prospect relationships

What You’ll Bring To The Role

7+ years of success growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products

Expertise evangelizing, educating, and creating demand with C‑level decision makers

Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Proven experience selling into C‑suite and building partnership with multiple stakeholders

Significant experience partnering with GSIs and the wider partner ecosystem

Excellent communication and presentation skills with audiences of all levels

Self‑driven and collaborative, with humility to succeed in teams

Expertise using a sales framework such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Sandler (we use MEDDPICC)

Annual On Target Compensation (OTE) For candidates located in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: $240,000 – $360,000 USD. OTE includes base salary, incentive compensation, equity (where applicable), and benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, paid leave, and parental leave.
