Project Architect / Project Manager – BKSK Architects, LLP – New York, NY, full‑time – $95,000–$115,000 annually.
Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect / Project Manager with 8‑10 years of experience, a passion for high‑quality design, strong technical capabilities, and a collaborative work style. The position involves design, documentation, production, project management duties, and may include construction administration.
Qualifications
Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
8‑10 years of architectural experience (NYC‑based experience preferred).
NY Architecture License.
Strong design skills.
Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant programs.
Experience in sustainable design and building performance (CPHC/LEED/Well accreditation a plus).
Experience with all phases of project development from schematic design through construction.
Ability to work on multiple project typologies.
Motivated self‑starter who works well in a collaborative environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with team members, consultants and clients.
