Responsibilities
Assist prospective students by assessing their skills and interests and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Evaluate applications, complete required documentation, and recommend enrollment decisions to admissions leadership.
Maintain accurate and timely data entry in the admissions database, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with campus partners such as recruitment, marketing, and academic departments to create targeted outreach strategies.
Monitor enrollment trends and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Work flexible hours, including nights and Saturdays, to support student enrollment and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of college admissions or high‑school counseling experience.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
Proficiency with computer applications, telephone, and enrollment databases.
Creative problem‑solving and effective decision‑making abilities.
Adaptable to fast‑paced, changing environments.
Compensation & Location Full‑time position in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Salary range: $52,900.00–$62,158.00. Working nights and Saturdays may be required.
