The Mom Project Remote, but the candidate must live in Southern California and be willing and able to drive to Orange and Riverside Counties for court appearances and trial up to 4x/month Compensation will be $85/hour DOE Time commitment is 20 hours per week. We are a congenial, boutique litigation firm looking to expand in South Orange County, CA. We are seeking a Litigation Attorney who has at least 5-7 years of litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions, law and motion, all aspects of managing discovery, and most importantly, the candidate will have extensive trial experience. Ideally, the candidate will have experience before the Orange County Superior Courts in such areas as employment litigation, commercial litigation, product liability and/or complex litigation. This individual is someone who loves being in court and who is comfortable taking the lead in dealing with opposing counsel in contentious cases. Candidate must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Seniority level
