Pro-Partner Security Sales Reps

Responsibilities

Generate new business exclusively through personal networking, community engagement, referrals, and direct prospecting.

Conduct professional in‑home consultations, designing custom ADT smart home and security solutions that meet customer needs.

Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline with the autonomy of a business owner.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial sale through installation.

Qualifications

A proven track record of success in a 100% self‑generated sales role (experience in security, solar, roofing, or other in‑home sales is essential).

An entrepreneurial spirit with a true hunter mentality and a relentless work ethic.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

2+ years of experience in the home security industry is preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
