Base Pay Range $70,000.00 / yr – $140,000.00 / yr

Role Overview This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Experienced Immigration Attorney with a J.D. degree, law license and Immigration law experience.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in various immigration petitions.

Communicate with clients, employees, and others to answer legal questions, or explain information.

Advise clients during the consultation and throughout the case regarding immigration law matters.

Prepare applications for citizenship, permanent residence, work visas and a variety of immigration related filings.

Interpret law and provide advice on employment‑based, family‑based immigration issues and removal matters.

Draft motions, waivers, applications, request for evidence replies, and appeals to USCIS, EOIR and BIA and various Federal Court filings including habeas petitions, Petitions for Review, APA and mandamus cases.

Attend USCIS interviews, ICE appointments, immigration court or federal court hearings.

Supervise paralegals working on cases and devise case strategy, provide guidance to paralegals, review paralegal work on forms and throughout the case. Ensure paralegals perform with detail and accuracy.

Achieve a high success rate for full caseloads, including submission of complex RFE and NOID responses.

Maintain accurate record keeping of all customer files and ensures compliance.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Law license in a U.S. state

Minimum 3 years in‑depth immigration law experience or Federal Litigation
