$40.00/hr - $47.00/hr Event Manager Responsibilities
Support the development of event plans, calendars, and performance tracking documents. Compile data and performance summaries from past events to inform strategy. Create and manage Salesforce campaigns to track event leads, contacts, and ROI. Align event objectives with broader business and marketing goals. Partner with Sales, Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure compliance and alignment. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and event partners for logistics, creative, and production needs. Provide regular updates and maintain visibility for leadership and key stakeholders. Contribute to creative and experiential concepts that align with brand standards. Review and approve creative assets, ensuring brand consistency across all event touchpoints. Support development of event collateral, signage, and digital materials. Oversee event logistics including registration, vendor coordination, shipping, and on-site support. Track deadlines and deliverables using project management tools. Assist with on-site event setup, execution, and troubleshooting as needed. Manage Salesforce campaigns and ensure accurate data flow to Sales. Handle budget tracking, PO creation, and invoice reconciliation. Maintain trackers, dashboards, and financial reconciliations using Excel. Prepare quarterly and annual reports on event ROI, lead generation, and budget utilization. Draft internal communications and event updates for cross-functional teams. Deliver post-event summaries highlighting key metrics, outcomes, and recommendations. Maintain organized documentation and reporting tools across shared systems. Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to optimize lead capture and follow-up workflows. Monitor Salesforce data integrity and campaign effectiveness. Report on event ROI and recommend process improvements for better performance tracking. Maintain event budgets and expense documentation. Evaluate vendor proposals for cost optimization. Reconcile post-event financials and ensure timely invoice processing. Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing or supporting corporate or government-related events. Familiarity with internal and external event programs such as trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships. Experience in vendor management, budget tracking, and accounts payable processes. Proficiency with Salesforce (Campaign Management) and Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting. Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and with external partners. Experience coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Procurement teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and measure event success. Seniority level
