Job Summary As a Suites Manager, you will lead your team in delivering the Levy Difference across suites and premium services. Responsibilities include hiring, training, cost control and maintaining show quality standards. You will represent Levy’s culture and philosophy to guests, staff and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Support all company initiatives.

Execute show quality standards at all times.

Maintain positive relationships with guests and obtain regular feedback.

Hold team accountable for service steps to deliver great guest service.

Ensure all security, safety and sanitation standards are met.

Ensure operations comply with brand clarity statement while working the location.

Possess excellent brand‑specific culinary, wine and beverage knowledge.

Effectively use Purchasing and all financial control systems.

Control cost areas to assist the unit in meeting financial goals.

Know all financial areas and statements.

Manage team to build top‑line sales.

Achieve assigned delegated budget goals.

Meet daily sales and cost goals.

Effectively use all team training and development tools.

Hire hourly team who can deliver Levy operating standards and philosophies.

Ensure that all team members adhere to guidelines as stated in Levy manuals.

Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale.

Team unit to meet operational needs.

Other duties, as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position.

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred.

High level of computer literacy.

Passion for hospitality, food and retail.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
