Environmental, Health & Safety Manager 2
Northrop Grumman Aeronautics seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager 2 to lead the ESHM program at the Iuka, MS site.
Travel: Yes, 10% of the time. Clearance type: Secret. Relocation assistance may be available.
Responsibilities
Lead ESHM programs and staff for the Iuka, MS site.
Engage with site and program leadership to foster ESHM culture.
Collaborate with sector ESHM Director and other site ESHM Managers to progress harmonization of company ESHM policies and procedures.
Foster teamwork focused on continuous improvement and employee development.
Manage site budget and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Basic Qualifications
BS degree in Engineering, Environmental, Health, Safety, Physical Science, or similar with at least 7 years of EHS experience.
5+ years of leadership experience.
Strong management, coaching, and collaboration skills.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and multi-task with facilitation skills.
Mid-level or higher proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Clearance and Program Clearance.

Primary Salary Range: $105,800.00 – $158,600.00.
