React Engineer
with a strong background in modern frontend engineering within a fast‑paced environment and a deep understanding of Micro Frontends architecture and Module Federation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, performant, and modular web applications using React, TypeScript, and the Node.js ecosystem. This individual should be self‑motivated, collaborative, and eager to stay current with evolving technologies and trends. The ideal team member will demonstrate a positive “can‑do” attitude and a willingness to support other developers on the team. This position requires proficiency in modern web engineering practices and a commitment to delivering high‑quality, maintainable solutions. Essential Job Functions
Design, develop, and maintain React applications using modern, component‑driven architecture. Implement Micro Frontends using Module Federation to enable scalable and independently deployable features. Utilize Next.js for server‑side rendering (SSR) and SEO‑optimized user experiences. Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless CI/CD integration and environment stability. Build reusable components and libraries for cross‑application use. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Debug and troubleshoot complex frontend issues efficiently. Ensure code quality through unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and consistent code reviews. Partner with UI/UX designers to translate Figma or design mockups into responsive, pixel‑perfect user interfaces. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision‑making. Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and best practices. Adhere to company standards for code quality, security, and maintainability. Support post go‑live activities and participate in rotational support as needed. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript. Hands‑on experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Proven experience developing high‑performance web applications and performing unit testing with Jest. Strong knowledge and experience in Next.js for unit and integration testing. Proficiency with the Node.js ecosystem. Deep understanding of responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG) best practices. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON data. Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Proficiency with Git for branching, merging, and conflict resolution. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Desired Qualifications
Experience with legacy JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery or Dojo. Familiarity with modern component libraries (Material UI, Chakra UI, etc.) and design systems. Ability to translate user feedback and research findings into improved UI design and functionality. Seniority level
