Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic communication planning from concept through successful project completion
Develop and execute change management activities for distributed teams across the US and Canada
Author high-impact communications, newsletters, presentations, and branding collateral
Monitor adoption through data analysis, surveys, and stakeholder interviewsCreate compelling messaging using research, analytics, and audience insights
Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit leadership and cross-functional teams
Utilize quantifiable metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement
Support data transformation initiatives with agile change management strategies
Travel approximately 15% to wind and solar sites to engage with field teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in communications or change management
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Liberal Arts, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field
Proven expertise in strategic communication plan development and execution
Exceptional writing, editing, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated discipline in execution
Experience with market research and analytics
Sound business and financial acumen
Ability to thrive under pressure in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Creative problem-solving abilities
Dedication to customer service excellence
Preferred Qualifications
Prosci practitioner certification (ADKAR)
3-5 years in communications or change management role
Prior project management experience
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, and similar design tools
Expert capabilities in Microsoft PowerPoint
