Position Overview Minnesota Urology is seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in supporting marketing initiatives, enhancing our digital presence, and promoting patient engagement through a variety of channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare communication and a proven track record in multi-channel marketing within a clinical or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote services and events.

Create and maintain consistent content across the website, social media, blogs, and email newsletters.

Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing patient reviews and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner.

Coordinate website content updates, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and SEO optimization.

Plan and promote educational webinars and support community outreach events.

Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and signage.

Analyze marketing metrics to guide future strategy and coordinate with external vendors and media partners.

Assist with internal communications and employee engagement.

Stay informed on healthcare marketing trends and bring new ideas to the team.

Qualifications/Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in marketing; healthcare experience is highly preferred.

Demonstrated success in digital marketing, social media management, and reputation management. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
