Waaree Solar Americas is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Business Partner to support its growing workforce and business operations. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The position requires expertise in HR best practices, exceptional communication skills across diverse teams. Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance on organizational strategies, workforce planning, and employee development. Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Assist with high volume recruiting. Provide bilingual HR support in both English and Spanish to ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization. Support performance management processes by coaching managers, facilitating feedback, and promoting employee engagement. Drive change management initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee retention. Manage HR processes through UKG ERP system, including reporting, data integrity, and overall system optimization. Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives. Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement policies, programs, and practices that align with business objectives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP or employee relations–focused role. Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written. Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices. Demonstrated experience resolving complex employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality. Proficiency in UKG ERP system or similar HRIS/ERP platforms. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
