Key Responsibilities
Support core financial processes, including annual operating plan, three‑year strategic plan, and monthly & quarterly business reviews.
Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, including cost‑benefit analysis and identify key drivers to support marketing investment decisions.
Design, automate, and iterate financial reporting frameworks that drive strategic decision‑making.
Create effective business partnerships, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
3+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical experience.
Experience in financial modeling, P&L management, or analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or CPA.
3+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decisions.
Experience improving, automating, standardizing or simplifying finance or business tools and processes.
Experience with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
