Overview NSI requires a Program Analyst to support PMA-299 Mission Systems IPT. The role applies analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives, and tracks requirements, statuses, budgets, and schedules. Responsibilities include performing management, technical, and business case analyses; collecting, organizing, and interpreting data related to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition, production, or sustainment programs; and assisting in developing Statements of Work (SOW) and Contract Data Requirements List(s) (CDRL). The analyst will apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Experience in Acquisition Management System (AMS) modules such as CDRL Tool, PMT, CSPT is highly desired. Must have experience in DoD and/or NAVAIR program/project analysis activities.

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree and 3 to 10 years of experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.

AA/AS degree with an additional 2 years of experience OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional 4 years of experience.

At least 3 to 10 years of experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.

Security Clearance Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
