Purpose:
Leverage leadership and communication skills to grow the Bank through products and services while maintaining operational excellence and an exceptional client experience.
Key Accountabilities
Business Development (40%)
– Educate clients on products and advise appropriately. Promote cross‑selling, conduct client outreach, coach staff to achieve quarterly branch goals, and represent the bank in community organizations.
Sales & Operations (25%)
– Stay current on new products, train staff, uphold regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional client service. Manage branch appearance, inventory, and process improvement initiatives.
Supervisory Duties (20%)
– Coach, manage performance, delegate workload, and preserve a highly skilled, cross‑trained team.
Loan Origination (10%)
– Answer inquiries, process consumer, mortgage, home equity, and small business loans, and perform closings.
Legal Issues (5%)
– Handle Powers of Attorney, estates, and trusts.

Qualifications
Education
– Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience
– 5 years in branch banking; supervisory experience.
Skills & Knowledge
– Customer service/sales skills, problem solving, strong communication, multitasking, technical proficiency in operations & procedures.
Requirements
– Eligible for Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry; available to work Saturday hours and travel to nearby offices as required.
