$350 Hiring Bonus After 30 Days of Seeing Clients
EMS of Virginia is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to provide Intensive In-home Services on a Full-time basis in the greater Richmond area. You must be registered with the Department of Health Professions as a QMHP-C or QMHP-T to be eligible for this position.
Responsibilities
See clients in the community such as the client's home
Provide 1-1 mental health counseling related to goals
Work with family systems
Case manage to ensure client's basic needs are met
Provide individual and family counseling to children and adolescents
Complete individualized service plans
Complete quarterly reports
Complete progress notes for each session with a client
Provide information for authorization of services
Meet regularly for supervision
Attend team meetings
Maintain ongoing communication with your Clinical Supervisor
Qualifications Licensed or licensed-eligible as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). If you are on the path toward licensure, we will work with you to provide your supervision experience toward licensure. Recent or upcoming graduates with enough experience to qualify as a QMHP are encouraged to apply.
