We are seeking a
Financial Analyst
to support the Global IT division of a leading client. This role will provide
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
support to global IT teams and the finance organization, helping ensure budgets are effectively managed and financial performance is clearly communicated. Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic business partner to the
Business Solutions and Services (BSS)
and
Product Security
units within the Corporate IT organization. Reconcile forecasted spend with actuals, analyze variances, and create trend reports using Excel to support budget management. Act as a liaison between Corporate IT and Finance, reviewing and resolving discrepancies between forecasts and actuals. Conduct regular financial reviews with cost center owners to assess performance, communicate insights, and drive process improvements. Oversee monthly close activities in collaboration with shared services, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with internal controls. Develop forecasts and supporting analytics, identifying risks and opportunities using internal and external data signals. Support project analysis, including preparation and review of Requests for Capital Expenditure (RCEs), and provide financial input during contract negotiations. Prepare ad-hoc analyses and executive-level review materials for senior leadership, including Divisional Vice Presidents and the CIO. Champion continuous improvement and simplification of financial and business processes. Work independently and collaboratively in analytical and strategic problem-solving scenarios. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting. Proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, Hyperion Essbase, and SAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear insights. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure. Demonstrated success in delivering process improvements across FP&A functions. Key Skills

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
