National Account Manager, Peripheral Interventions
Boston Scientific is seeking a National Account Manager (NAM) to execute the Peripheral Interventional (PI) National Sales Strategy in the southeastern U.S. The NAM will drive revenue, build relationships with key decision makers, and support the execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). The role covers Florida and Georgia and requires significant travel (50‑60%).
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain vertical relationships with health systems, decision makers, and internal stakeholders.
Design and implement a strategic road map of customer relationships and contracting/deal journey.
Grow PI revenue in key accounts, focusing on Arterial, Venous, and IO business franchises.
Develop and execute sales strategies, value propositions, and business reviews to align with customer goals.
Collaborate with national and regional sales leadership to integrate pricing, deals, and pipeline activities.
Lead joint business planning and account reviews to present a united BSC PI front to customers.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, payer changes, and reimbursement trends to shape pricing and market strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 3 years sales management experience (7+ years relevant business experience).
Experience managing a regional geography requiring 50‑60% travel.
Documented success in contracting, deal management, and revenue growth.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to build high‑level customer relationships and drive pipeline growth.
Commitment to integrity, patient safety, and product quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Corporate Accounts experience.
Higher education: MBA or master’s degree.
Compensation Base salary $150,000 to $180,000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan.
