We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Generalist
to join our team for a short-term assignment. This role will focus heavily on
payroll processing using Paylocity , along with general HR support across employee relations, onboarding, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll using
Paylocity , ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Support onboarding and offboarding processes Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries Collaborate with department managers to address HR-related needs Provide general HR support as needed during the assignment Qualifications
Proven experience in
HR Generalist
roles Hands-on experience with
Paylocity
payroll system Strong understanding of California labor laws and payroll regulations Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Availability to work on-site in City of Industry for the full duration of the assignment Benefits
