📍 Location: On-site | City of Industry, CA

📅 Duration: Temporary | 2 to 4 Months

Pay: $35 to $40 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our team for a short-term assignment. This role will focus heavily on payroll processing using Paylocity, along with general HR support across employee relations, onboarding, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll using Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness


• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws


• Support onboarding and offboarding processes


• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries


• Collaborate with department managers to address HR-related needs


• Provide general HR support as needed during the assignment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR Generalist roles


• Hands-on experience with Paylocity payroll system


• Strong understanding of California labor laws and payroll regulations


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


• Availability to work on-site in City of Industry for the full duration of the assignment
