Overview

Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator will support the local branch through administration, recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance. Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment: advertising, sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment checks, onboarding. Represent branch at job fairs, on-site hiring events, build community partnerships. Ensure HR compliance: company policies, state/federal laws. Enhance candidate experience, adhere to SLAs. Apply best practices, diversify outreach on LinkedIn, Facebook, Handshake, Indeed, MyCNAjobs. Collaborate with regional talent acquisition and HR teams; maintain employment records. Use iCIMS and complete data entry for payroll/schedule systems. Coordinate trainings, certify team members, audit employee files. What You Will Receive

High school diploma or GED required Some college courses completed or a two- or four-year college degree preferred Minimum one year experience in office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources Knowledge of Microsoft Office software Experience with an applicant tracking system or data entry software a plus Effective verbal and written communication Capable of working responsibly with confidential information Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement Successful completion of pre-employment background check Compassion for others About Our Line Of Business
