We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Perrysburg, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication within the office. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Manage inbound calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
• Operate and maintain the switchboard for phone lines ranging from 1 to 10.
• Assist in coordinating communication between departments and external contacts.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to reflect a detail-oriented image.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Ensure all inquiries are directed to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Monitor and manage incoming mail and deliveries.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards in all interactions.• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle a switchboard with up to 10 lines efficiently.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and office equipment.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Availability for part-time hours as required.
