Nesco Resource is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to fill openings with in Automotive Plastics located in Shelbyville, TN.
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - $15.50 per hour
3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7:30 AM - $17.00 per hour
To perform semi-skilled assembly, machine operation, and general production/warehouse activity. Operator Forklift to warehouse materials.

The company is a full-service supplier of interior and exterior injection molded plastic components and assemblies. They provide innovative solutions for automotive plastics applications to original equipment manufacturers and their suppliers.
PRIMARY PURPOSE:To perform semi-skilled assembly, machine operation, and general production/warehouse activity. Operator Forklift to warehouse materials.
Job Duties & Requirements:
- Production experience preferred
- Technical knowledge and ability to read and understand blueprints/instructions
- Ability to use tools (e.g., clamps) and machines (e.g., presses) and forklift
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- Perform all component part inspections, trimming and packing according to work instructions and training guidelines
- Stand-up and/or sit-down forklift experience needed but will train
- Stack, mark, pack and transport finished work pieces
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Complete required paperwork
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
- High school diploma/GED will be appreciated
