- Work Dates Needed: asap with 4 to 6 weeks credentials - ongoing 3 to 6 months min.
- Preferred Schedule: Days, nights & weekends 3-8's - open 24 hours a day.
- Facility is open to provider schedule, but provider must float between locations.
- Worksite Setting: County Jail sites outpatient
- Scope of Work:
- 10 -15 patients a day & provider must float between three locations near Sacramento.
- Always have MA & security,
- male & female in both locations.
- 100% adult coverage.
- Provider could do intakes, work in detox, withdrawal, or psyche area.
- Care team model with NO CALL.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
- Must have CA licensure, DEA, NPI, BLS,
- Board certified only no exceptions,
- No Malpractice
- NO NPDB issues.
- Must submit CMES
