• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm, 40 hours/week, no call
• Job Setting: Outpatient Community Health Center
• Types of Cases: Family medicine, walk-in/acute care, chronic disease management, injections, IUD placement, minor wound care
• Credentialing: 2 3 weeks; no emergency privileges

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified in Family Practice
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Licensure: Active WA license and WA DEA required
