Job Description:

• Directs and manages a team of logic designers, micro architects, and/or power and performance design engineers responsible for IP and SoC front-end design.

• Oversees logic design and RTL coding for IP/SoC, architecture and microarchitecture design, and simulation.

• Supports definition and implementation of architecture, logic design and verification of components, and testing and debugging activities.

• Provides guidance to logic design methodologies, processes, and procedures and continuously improves quality standards as well as power, performance, security, and area targets.

• Understands security milestones expectations are met as defined by the security development lifecycle.

• Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.

• Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.

Salary Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor within the US market.Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.

$280k - $320k USD

Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• 20+ years of Logic and Hardware Design, architecture, micro-architecture experience

• 10+ experience of leading a team of design engineering working on networking, PCIe, accelerator stacks for ASIC/SOC/FPGA

• Demonstrable experience working in a complex cross functional environment

• Demonstrable experience in dealing with complex SOC and working closely with both SW, HW and FW.
