We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Lighting Technician (L1)
to join our team. This role requires advanced expertise in lighting systems, with the ability to program, operate, troubleshoot, and manage live event setups. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality lighting production in a dynamic event environment.
Responsibilities Set up, program, operate, and strike lighting equipment for live events. Operate and program lighting using
GrandMA
and
Chamsys
consoles. Execute lighting designs, cue transitions, and real-time adjustments during events. Configure and troubleshoot DMX and network-based lighting systems. Manage intelligent lighting fixtures, LED walls, and moving heads. Work closely with event teams to achieve optimal lighting effects. Conduct regular maintenance checks on lighting equipment. Ensure proper storage, inventory, and transportation of lighting gear. Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Lighting
Programmer/Operator
(L1)
in live event production. Advanced knowledge of lighting consoles. Strong understanding of lighting design principles, programming, and execution. Ability to set up and strike lighting systems efficiently. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events. Experience working in an AV company.
