Residential Electrician Mechanic
to join our residential construction team. This role is for someone who works well with others, takes initiative, and is committed to quality on high-end custom homes and remodels. You’ll work directly under a Foreman or Lead Electrician, supporting the installation, troubleshooting, and completion of residential electrical work. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Ideal Candidates: Residential Electrician Mechanic Have completed 4 years of FEAA or equivalent experience in residential electrical work
Can read and interpret plans and wire diagrams
Are capable of completing 8–40 hours of work with minimal supervision
Are organized, dependable, and communicate well with others
Have experience working on single-family homes and remodels
Are comfortable working with tools and climbing ladders
Possess your own tools appropriate to your skill level
Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Exceptional Candidates: Residential Electrician Mechanic Have 4+ years of hands-on residential experience
Have worked on high-end, ground-up custom homes
Understand Florida code and jobsite requirements
Can manage material lists and help mentor helpers or apprentices
Are proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
