Otr Reefer Truck Drivers Wanted

Position: Otr Reefer Truck Driver Areas Driven: Lower 48 States Schedule: Drivers are out for 3 weeks with 4-5 days home time
You qualify if:
- License: Valid Class A CDL
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of verifiable driving experience, including Otr
- Record: Clean driving record with 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
- Violations: No major/serious violations in the last 3 years
- Accidents: 3 or fewer accidents in the last 3 years, no DOT recordable accidents

Pay Attention:
- Our trucks are equipped with an APU inverter and a mattress, with space for additional amenities like a fridge or microwave
- Drivers run both days and nights, with Otr routes available
New Pay Structure: 74cpm
- Pay scale ranges from $0.60 to $0.70 per mile, with an additional $0.04 safety bonus
- Pay increases based on experience, up to $0.70 per mile for drivers with 5+ years
Average:
- Solo drivers can earn up to $0.70 per mile, while team drivers can earn up to $0.79 per mile
- Mileage varies but typically ranges from 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly for solo drivers
