HR Assistant needed for 3+mos contract in Nashua, NH M-F 8am to 5pm. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in HR and that have 1-5yrs experience in Administrative or similar Assistant roles. Be part of a global HR team and assist with a variety of tasks such as; Recruiting, On-boarding, Compliance, Benefits, HRIS, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document preparation, employee onboarding, answering employee queries, and managing miscellaneous HR tasks
- FMLA, ADA and other leave management tasks as needed.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of non-exempt roles.
- Support with benefits enrollments, changes, and answering general benefits questions.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as assigned
- Required Experience: 1-2 years of administrative or data entry experience; HR experience preferred
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
