Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and self-paced eLearning content. Partner with SMEs to translate technical procedures and systems into digestible training materials. Establish and uphold content standards for clarity, accessibility, branding, and instructional quality. Build curriculum pathways for various roles (technical, safety, soft skills, etc.). Continuously evaluate and improve content based on learner feedback and performance data. Support content lifecycle: rapid development, version control, and updates for new systems/sites. Ensure learning outcomes align with practical assessments and role competencies. Qualifications
3–5 years of experience designing instructional content (eLearning and ILT). Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond). Experience collaborating with subject matter experts in technical or operational fields. Strong writing, editing, and content structuring skills. Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy). Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards. Bonus: 1–2 years of experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or multi-site organizations. Seniority level
