- Manage a minimum of 18 patient encounters per shift
- Ensure chart closure is completed within 72 hours
- Provide chronic pain management
- Maintain comprehensive patient panel management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar panel management setting
- Experience with chronic pain management
- Active DEA license required before start
- Board Certification or Board Eligible (within 5 years since residency)
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Open to 10-hour shifts
- Proficient in managing a diverse patient population including pediatrics and adults
- Effective communication and chart management skills
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Ability to meet immunization and credentialing requirements before start date
