This community health center is dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care services to the local population. The facility focuses on accessible healthcare for all members of the community with a commitment to quality patient care and preventive medicine in a collaborative environment.
Opportunity:
Board Certified/Eligible - Family Medicine
Job Details:
• See minimum of 18 patients per day with a mix of pediatric and adult patients
• Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-5pm, with potential for 10-hour shifts
• Provide chronic pain management services
• Complete chart closure within 72 hours
• Preferred skills include well woman care and IUD insertion/removal
• Pediatric care preferred for all age groups from newborn to adolescent
• DO candidates will be considered
• Board eligible candidates considered if within 5 years of residency completion
• Must have active DEA license before start date
• Required immunizations include: Flu Vaccine, TB test/X-Ray (within 90 days of start), positive MMR titer or complete series, positive Hep B titer or complete series, positive Varicella Zoster titer or complete series, and Tdap (within last 10 years)
• BLS certification required
• Credentialing takes approximately 45-60 days
• California license required
• Housing coordinator available to assist with accommodations
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
