Position Overview Choice Digital is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to take ownership of pipeline growth through data-driven, multi-channel programs. In this role, you’ll design and execute integrated campaigns, optimize our digital channels, and partner closely with Sales and RevOps to deliver measurable outcomes. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a marketer who thrives on building demand engines, testing new approaches, and driving results. You’ll manage a small team and roll up your sleeves to execute campaigns, while also owning the metrics, reporting, and optimization that fuel scale.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Ownership

– Own demand generation program designed to deliver pipeline growth aligned with revenue targets. Forecast and report pipeline contribution in partnership with Sales and RevOps.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

– Design and launch integrated campaigns across digital, email, paid media, ABM, content syndication, and events. Continuously test, measure, and optimize programs for ROI and conversion impact. Collaborate with Content and Partner Marketing to align campaigns to buyer journeys.

Channel Management

– Oversee and optimize demand‑driving channels (paid, email, digital advertising, SEO/SEM). Own and optimize the Choice Digital website. Oversee and optimize field efforts (events, partner activations). Leverage personalization, intent data, and modern tools to improve targeting and engagement.

Analytics & Optimization

– Partner with RevOps to build dashboards, track campaign performance, and refine attribution models. Use data insights to double down on high‑performing tactics and retire underperforming ones.

Team Leadership

– Manage and develop a team 2‑3 marketers, with potential to expand as programs scale. Foster a culture of testing, iteration, and accountability.

Collaboration

– Align with Sales on territory priorities, buyer insights, and lead follow‑up strategies. Partner with Product Marketing to ensure positioning is consistent and compelling across campaigns.

Qualifications And Experience

7–10 years of progressive B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience (SaaS, Fintech, or payments strongly preferred).

Proven track record of owning pipeline goals and delivering measurable business impact.

Strong hands‑on experience in multi‑channel campaign execution (paid, email, ABM, SEO/SEM, content syndication, events).

Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms), CRM, and analytics/reporting tools.

Experience working with modern GTM stacks (e.g. Salesloft/Outreach, Gong, 6Sense, Demandbase, HockeyStack/Bizable).

Analytical, data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.

Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales and RevOps.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In compliance with Colorado state law, pay for this position is anticipated to be between $135,000 and $175,000. Actual offers will be based on the applicant’s skills, experience, and education.
