What To Expect The Evergreen Women in Leadership Summit is an opportunity to get to know Evergreen's operating model, connect with Senior and C-suite level women, participate in an accelerated recruiting process for our Summer 2027 investing internship, and experience first-hand our dedication to the empowerment and professional development of women interested in business and investing.
Educate, Engage, Empower
Educate: You’ll be exposed to Evergreen’s forever-hold operating model and the core values that drive Evergreen’s mission to be the best home for businesses and their leaders. You’ll hear from Evergreen’s senior women leaders through a fireside chat and interactive panel, offering advice and insight into career progression.
Engage: You’ll connect with Evergreen’s women leaders across the firm as well as fellow attendees from other undergraduate and MBA programs, including through social events, mentorship initiatives, and interactive workshops.
Empower: You’ll define professional development goals and hone business acumen through guided workshops. You’ll discover opportunities to launch your career at Evergreen’s investing team and learn from existing team members.
What We Are Looking For Evergreen will be hiring undergraduate Investing Analyst Interns. The Women in Leadership Summit is an opportunity to get to know Evergreen’s mission and team and participate in an accelerated recruiting process for Summer 2027 positions.

Qualifications Undergraduates
Current college sophomore (or graduating Spring 2028)
Strong academic performance at a leading university (GPA minimum of 3.7)
Demonstrated interest in investing, business operations and leadership
All individuals that meet the criteria above are welcome to apply, but the programming will be tailored to the female experience
Details
This 1-day summit will take place Friday, January 23, 2026 in San Francisco. You must be available to attend the full-day in-person.
We will offer scholarships to cover transportation and lodging for select students
Breakfast and lunch will be provided. A social reception will close out the day.
Those selected to attend will be notified in December 2025
