Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and moving dirt, rocks, equipment, or other materials using various heavy equipment.
• Operating machinery to spread, smooth, and level materials on road beds or job sites.
• Adjusting machine settings based on grade observations.
• Conducting thorough pre-shift inspections of equipment for safety and identifying mechanical issues.
• Working flexible hours, including nights and weekends, outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Coordinating machine actions in response to signals from crew members.
• Inspecting, cleaning, maintaining, and repairing equipment using hand tools.
• Adhering to safety regulations and following company policies and procedures.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years in the civil construction industry and verifiable experience in equipment operations are required.

Additional Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required, and travel is expected. All candidates must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug screens and background checks.
