Project Manager/Scrum Master

Base pay range $60.00/hr - $68.00/hr **Hybrid- Sandy Springs, GA** Duration: 6+month contract with high possibility of extensions Rate: $60-$68 hourly W2 Location: Sandy Springs, GA, 3 days a week onsite Our industry-leading client is looking for an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master that will be responsible for helping lead the delivery of large complex software application initiatives within their portfolio. In this role you will be responsible for managing project/program risks, issues, actions, and decisions, and reporting status on a recurring basis and serving as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing SaaS/Cloud based, HR or financial software applications and hold PMP & Scrum Certifications. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities: Leading and managing delivery of large complex software application initiatives Managing project/program risks and reporting status on a recurring basis Partnering with business partner, implementation partner project manager, and leadership to ensure scope, quality, and schedule objectives are being met Serving as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams delivering features Clear roadblocks, lead impediment removals and track and report on team performance metrics to Agile COE Requirements & Qualifications: Experience in full lifecycle delivery of large, complex software initiatives with cross-functional technology workstreams Strong Scrum experience leading and coaching agile teams Excellent communication skills and building relationships with stakeholders and project teams Excellent project management experience including organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation and ability to translate strategic business requirements into technical specifications and specific system functionality Local to Atlanta and ability to work Hybrid Schedule (3 days a week) Experience using Clarity PPM, Rally, JIRA Experience implementing SaaS/Cloud, HR or financial software applications PMP & Scrum Certifications *Direct w-2 employment only – No 3rd Parties – Position not eligible for Visa Sponsorship or Transfer* Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available and that may result in pay outside of the range provided.
